Who this notice is for

This notice describes the OrvenWorks website. OrvenWorks is the brand for ready-built, installable business products. The legal operator is Veer Pratap Singh Yadav. Use the Support page to raise a question; the final privacy-request process remains pending.

This is a staging draft, reflecting the features currently enabled. It is not a final notice for a live store.

Information on this website

Support message fields. The Support preview lets you select a product and type a subject and message. Compose Email passes a draft to your chosen email app. You decide whether to send it to [email protected]. The website does not submit these entries to a server or save them in browser storage.

Browser preference. The site follows your device’s reduced-motion setting without saving a motion preference in browser storage.

Technical requests. This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Loading a page sends requests to Cloudflare, which can process connection information, request paths, timestamps and response status to deliver and protect the site. Provider logging practices and retention remain subject to final review.

Use and service providers

The current site uses page requests to deliver its content and your device’s motion setting to adjust animations. Purchase buttons link to Shopify checkout; payments are handled by Razorpay. The website itself does not submit support messages or collect payment details.

The selected support inbox is Gmail. If you send an email, your address, message and attachments are handled by your email provider and the recipient’s Gmail service so the seller can respond. No inbox connection or automated replies are configured by this website. Shopify handles checkout, customer and order records, and Shopify Digital Products provides download access and delivery emails. Razorpay handles payment processing. Those services receive the information you provide in their checkout and payment flows and use their own cookies and storage. Cloudflare Pages hosts this website. Retention and the final provider disclosures remain to be confirmed before launch.

Cookies and browser storage

The current website code does not set cookies or load analytics or advertising pixels. It does not write preferences or messages to browser storage.

Any future tracking or embedded-media services will need their own disclosures and appropriate consent handling before being enabled.

Data inside installed products

EnrollOps is installed in accounts controlled by its buyer: Google Sheets, Gmail and an n8n environment. The installed system processes admissions enquiry and follow-up information in that environment.

Purchasing or installing the package does not automatically give OrvenWorks access to those accounts. The buyer controls account permissions and the handling of its admissions data, subject to the providers’ terms and applicable requirements.

If you later share information for support, that is a separate disclosure. Keep passwords, tokens and private customer details out of support messages.

Retention and safeguards

The current site does not maintain a submitted-message or order database. Shopify maintains customer and order records for the linked checkout; this website does not copy them into a separate database. Retention periods for server logs, support emails and provider records still need to be defined.

Before public launch, the notice will identify relevant retention periods or criteria, authorised access and the safeguards used by the approved services. No specific retention period or security certification is being claimed in this draft.

Questions and your choices

You can browse without submitting a message or completing a purchase, and animations follow your device’s reduced-motion setting. There is currently no marketing subscription or tracking-consent service.

The final notice will explain how to ask about personal information, request access, correction or deletion where applicable, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, and raise a privacy concern. Questions can be addressed through Support; the detailed request-verification and handling process remains to be approved.
